Volunteer

If you are an individual with some spare time, or a company looking for a group activity 

Spadework is a charity that enables people to be more independent, feel less isolated and live happier, healthier and more fulfilling lives.

We provide services to adults with learning and other disabilities, people experiencing problems with their mental health and those living with dementia.

Our Café, Garden Centre, Gift Shed and Farm Shop are open to the public 7 days a week.

Our cosy café is open seven days a week, serving light bites, hot and cold drinks,  and cake.

FARM SHOP

Fresh produce, locally produced food and wine as well as essential store cupboard items.

GARDEN CENTRE

Plants, shrubs, house plants, pots, garden decor and friendly service!

Special presents, including a wonderful range of soaps, scarves, bags, and cards.

pumpkins

Our pumpkin garden is amazing in October, but we start growing in March!

Quality logs and kindling delivered straight to your home and stacked.

Award-winning day service for adults with learning and other disabilities.

Dementia services

We support people with dementia and their families.

wellbeing services

Enhancing the wellbeing of people experiencing problems with their mental health.

Get involved

Volunteer your time, make a donation, visit our Café, Farm Shop and Garden Centre or support our events. Just under one quarter of our income comes from statutory funding, so we are dependent on the income generated through our commercial and fundraising activities to deliver our services.
